I offer variety of methods to structure abstract and difficult-to-formulate subjects like organisational strategy or change: from analysis of the current situation, goal setting up to the“translation” of strategy into real action plans. In these cases it is the team doing the job and using its experience and knowledge, while I am guiding it by providing the structure, outsider’s perspective and encouragement.
